Edit- Since the owner took time to respond, I appreciated the service. It was around 5pm when I got there and the girl at the drive through window was incredible! I am forgetting her name, but I remember thanking her by name after reading it on her name tag. I think it was 'Cindy', not sure though. She was jovial, nice and a simply kind interaction. I stayed at the hotel across the street for several days & this Tims was my daily go-to (often a few times a day). I have never (and I do mean never) been to a Tim Hortons that has employees that are more happy to do their job. They were so pleasant even at 5am when we were the 2nd car in the drive thru after opening. The ice caps were perfect (like *perfect*) every time, no matter the day or employee that made them. I'm not a regular TH customer, but while traveling, this location was just across the road from my hotel. I ordered a craveable crispy chicken sandwich, but paid for and received the classic chicken sandwich. Staff was in training, so not a big deal. But I was amazed at how much sauce was in this sandwich. It was oozing, but once I tried the crispy chicken, it made sense. The chicken had the flavour of deep fry oil.
