“This place is phenomenal. First, the location is shared with a taco truck and cider with a nice dog friendly outdoor seating area. Second and most important, the food is delicious. They have Bennies. We got the lox and bacon Bennie’s which were delicious. The coffee is great. And the laminated pastries are light and flaky. We also came back for affogato which was perfect for a warm afternoon. Got frozen lasagne to go which is some of the best lasagne I’ve had in a long time. And to top off the experience the owners/staff are wonderful and amazing. Be sure to stop at Sea Monkey if you’re on the Sunshine Coast, they will not disappoint. “We've been going to Sheer Bliss pretty much every week for a while now, and Steven and Catherine have always been the most wonderful hosts. Steven made all the incredible food himself, from the baked goods (the cheese and basil scone is to die for) to the classic breakfast with that super fluffy potato cake. On top of that, they knew every regular customer by name and always took a few minutes to come and chat. We have a baby and the love they showed for our son just made us love them even more, so learning that Sheer Bliss was sold was definitely an emotional surprise...To Steven and Catherine, thank you for being a part of many delicious memories we made as a family. We'll always remember how warmly you welcomed us and we'll definitely miss you!

Eight years after my first review, I can honestly say they're still just as friendly and welcoming. True small-town hospitality that keeps you coming back.

The food and drink selection is what you'd typically expect from Starbucks. Over the years they've expanded the menu, though it's worth keeping in mind this is a smaller market. I've also found the baristas to be well trained and consistent with their drinks. They're always careful with special requests, including non-dairy orders, which I really appreciate.“
