I ordered two birthday cakes — a raspberry cheesecake and a raspberry chocolate cake — for my brother and my daughter, and both were absolutely incredible. Both cakes were a huge hit with everyone! The customer service was just as impressive. I see a lot of people complaining about the service. I didn’t have any issue with it at all.

Communication was transactional and information focused, but I appreciate not being forced into fake, overly cheery small talk like so many places on the coast.

I wouldn’t call it rude, though I could see certain people feeling that way, especially if they feel they deserve to have their butts kissed just for walking through the door.

It was the human equivalent of a self-checkout, and the introvert in me loved it.“
