“Started going here after poor service at the other location on Progress way. This location is a bit out of my way but the service and quality is far better here. The workers have hospitality and seem happy to serve you. Everything I have had here was great and when there is a mistake they are happy to make it right. I will happily go out of my way to support this location from now on.“

“There were a number of people in line and 3 people behind the counter. 1 was just staring at the people in line. It was hard to tell if anyone in front of us was being helped so i just went around the crowd, straight to the cash reg area to try to place my coffee order. And then the employees finally stepped forward to start asking people who was next to order. So i then i had to get back into the mix of guests to try to get back into my place to order.

Can there be a ticket system for when it gets busy??“

“We came to our local neighborhood coffee shop for dinner. I was a little unsure of what to expect and was quite surprised to see how a bustling coffee shop during the day was transformed into an intimate dining room by night. Food was incredible and the service by the staff was great. I need to highlight the pizza that I had. It was incredible, I was skeptical when I ordered this thing called a “Detroit Style” pizza. It was one the best pizzas I have ever had. As I sit here today, in the coffee shop, I happy to see that they are now serving this pizza to go from Thursday to Saturday.“

“Sun was shining. Went for a day trip along the Sea to Sky Highway to check out this cool burger place we saw on Tik Tok. Seriously the best burger we have had in years. Made fresh, you choose your toppings. We ordered fries and a poutine for the side & a couple of rootbeers to go. Best fries & poutine we have ever had. The staff is amazingly friendly. There is a roof top patio as well where you can sit and enjoy the view. Benches all around outside where you can sit and enjoy. We are already planning our next visit. There is a coffeehouse right beside it so on the way back home we stopped to grab some tea. See you soon!!!“

“I rarely leave reviews for massive chains, but after witnessing a customer treat the staff like absolute garbage today for no reason, I had to speak up.

To the woman throwing the tantrum: You should be deeply embarrassed. Entitled behavior isn't a personality trait. Don't take your impatience out on front-line staff when you know full well the computer system automatically queues the order times. Coming inside to whine because you thought your car was ahead of someone else in the drive-thru is pathetic. You're an adult; act like it.

To the staff and manager: I’m in here all the time, and you guys are genuinely just good people. Every single day you're incredibly sweet, always kind, and you bring the best energy to the floor. I love coming in and seeing you guys cracking jokes, getting along with each other, and lifting the mood for everyone in line. I’d drop names, but I’d honestly have to list the whole crew. Y'all are rad!“

“This restaurant and its staff showed absolutely incredible kindness, patience and humanity to the hundreds of people who sought food, shelter and access to a washroom after the sea-to-sky highway was closed for nine hours because of an accident.

The staff were inundated with orders but stayed friendly and gracious despite the pressure. In addition, the interior of the restaurant was scheduled to close at 1 am, but they stayed open and worked overtime to provide a place for all the stranded travellers.

I was so impressed by their kindness and consideration and will always be grateful.

And despite the huge rush of orders, the food was still good.“
