If you want to support local I highly recommend dropping by this place. Their prices are cheaper than other commercial coffee shops. The views are incredible and the service is great! Coffee tastes delicious and their pastries are always fresh, it smells so good when you walk in. It is an underrated place as I hardly see it get busy even during peak hours.
I went here as a tourist in search for a Nanaimo bar. Got here for breakfast, had some tea, and my sweet treat. The people behind the counter were very nice. They forgot to make my sandwich, and after waiting for about 15 minutes I asked about it. They were very apologetic, made the sandwich quickly, and added in a free cookie. Pit stop from the bus from Whistler heading towards Vancouver. Ordered a quick ham and cheese sammich. It was pretty pricey but good. Wasn't able to sit down and enjoy the atmosphere.
