There were a number of people in line and 3 people behind the counter. 1 was just staring at the people in line. It was hard to tell if anyone in front of us was being helped so i just went around the crowd, straight to the cash reg area to try to place my coffee order. And then the employees finally stepped forward to start asking people who was next to order. So i then i had to get back into the mix of guests to try to get back into my place to order.
