Went to Sushi Wara Ladysmith friday, service was excellent, friend ordered the Bento lunch, I ordered the Nabeyaki Udon, the only good thing was that it was hot. The seafood in the soup was just some tiny pieces to what?? $22,95 for hot noodle soup. DO NOT ORDERED THIS!!!!

All was good except for the asparagus which was very woody. I told the waitress and rec'd
two more asparagus sticks; one was very good and one was better but still woody.
Overall, duriong the past year all has been very good, jsut this compaint.
Sushi Wara is our favourite sushi restaurant in the mid Island! The staff are super friendly, helpful and will give free treats if you are a regular customer. The food is delicious and fresh and the prices are good. We definitely recommend it!

Despite some seating inconveniences, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, especially with children. One staff member was noted for working hard and providing polite service while managing phone orders and serving customers. The atmosphere may not be the best, with 2-seat tables leading to the washrooms, but the food quality and service make up for it. Highly recommended for sushi lovers looking for a go-to spot with free parking available. Customers have expressed their eagerness to return soon.
