Very very disappointed. Chicken does not seem to have the flavor that it's always had. Recipes have changed. The gravy was flavorless and runny like water. I doubt I will ever be returning as a customer to any KFC again.

The delivery from DoorDash was fine but the chicken from KFC was not fresh and looked like it had been heated up by re-frying it; the batter was dark, hard and inedible. When I called, the manager claimed they had no way to refry the chicken, which is nonsense because you can clearly see the fryers are available to throw pieces in.

I don’t know what happened to this store location but it’s so dirty in there now. The floors are so greasy, most of the tables have not been cleaned and the washroom is not clean. The store was not busy it was just me and my friend inside the store. The staffs are in the back joking and laughing around (I just assumed this since it was in another language which is not an issue at all). The food was the usual kfc. I guess my problems with this location are the cleanliness and customer service. That floor is a liability coz anyone can slip and break somethin. I was already wearing vibram soled shoes and I still slipped.

I ordered on Door Dash and the portions were very small, 6 pieces of burnt, dry and the smallest pieces. 2 wings, a drumstick, a back and 2 thighs. The salad was maybe 4 bites. Pathetic for $50. I do not recommend. My phone call to the store to complain was a waste of time.

Staff do not pay any attention to dine in guests, there is more focus to be on the DT window or standing in the back on the line staring blankly at customers, no communication.The worst part is there lack of welcoming or appreciation towards guests, no smiles, no greeting just a abrupt “what do you want today” in a tone as though I’ve inconvienced them being a paid customer, which in turn pays their wages.It’s sad to see that there is zero customer service skills, key factor that keeps people comeing back and a great word of mouth for a business.Resturaunt interior as unwelcoming, cold & all table services dirty.The food has gone down hill immensely and taste nothing like what I remember the origional KFC tasting like, very bland and lacking hot temperature, you can tell there is no passion from the staff in preperation of food as it’s thrown together so quickly.I would definitly not return to this location or any other of this is KFC now a days.
We use to love KFC when it was good. This Ladysmith location is a perfect storm. Chicken is either old and cold or hot and dripping with oil. There will always be at least a 1/2 of oil at the bottom of the bucket. It seems to has lost it's flavour over the years. Use to be 11 herbs and spices but now it seems that they only use a lot of salt and pepper. This location is the worst. We are stupid for returning every few months in hopes that it has new managerment, but always a disaster and alway terrible customer service. For example we ask for hot sause for 20 piece bucket and they give us 4 packets. lol They would not give us anymore and when we asked the second time, "they ran out". Seriously? Order more hotsauce....it's a no brainer. Poor Managerment, terrible chicken and high prices.We have resently found the orginal KFC recipe online and bake it in an air fryer and it is wonderful. It tastes like it did in the 80s and the bonus is that it costs 1/5 th the price of the bad chicken at Ladysmith KFC.Also: Online customer service feedback is useless. The entire chain is gone downhill. On the plus side, I hear that they are opening a Popyee's Chichen resterant in Duncan soon. Haven't tried it but in the movie "Little Nicky" Adam Sandler says it's "Freaking Awesome"! Paid product placement ad but I'm convinced to try it.

Those people just ripped me right off. I was suppose to have gravy and a side of macaroni salad and I asked her if it was in the bag " IT SHOULD BE " well it wasn't so I went back and they wanted 14 $ more ???? how does a Tuesday special turn into 20. 45 and then another 14 $ for a gravy and salad ??? They are something else and I ll never ever go there again !!!
