I’m not trying to discredit any staffor the running of the store as it’s incredibly busy most days but please ? take extra time ( even in rush hours ) to pump fully the syrup needed for a grande chai tea latte … I get a little disappointed when I'm there practically daily for my latte and it hasnt much flavour due to lack of enough push on the pump !
Good food and service. Frequently way too busy though. Not much they can do, in such a small space. I recommend going before 3 if you want to avoid lines.Dietary restrictions: Good options to avoid dairy. Both lactose free milk and a variety of non dairy milks fit a lot of needs.

Everyone is nice here but the only reason I order a flat white is for the “no foam” part. However I’m not sure why I get foam with this drink. I keep coming back in hopes it will be no foam as it should be, but yet again, I was blessed with a thick layer of lovely revolting foam.
