asked for dragon fruit lemonade with only few ice cubes the cup was full n no lemonade there was 1 small piece of dragonfruit I tried to explain but I got frustrated she was doing different things at once and not paying attention to what I was saying will not come

Everyone is nice here but the only reason I order a flat white is for the “no foam” part. However I’m not sure why I get foam with this drink. I keep coming back in hopes it will be no foam as it should be, but yet again, I was blessed with a thick layer of lovely revolting foam.

I’m not trying to discredit any staffor the running of the store as it’s incredibly busy most days but please ? take extra time ( even in rush hours ) to pump fully the syrup needed for a grande chai tea latte … I get a little disappointed when I'm there practically daily for my latte and it hasnt much flavour due to lack of enough push on the pump !

Took 25 minutes to get a latte as the team prioritized drive thru versus people visiting in store. So aggravating when you have kids waiting and trying to meet someone at a specific time. Starbucks needs to figure out their priorities of guests in store. Awful service. Then their manager stopped everyone for a training moment with a line…maybe wait for a less busy time to not make your paying customers wait even longer.
Starbucks is Starbucks.they are literally all the same. It's the staff that sets them apart. This time, I was handed a canadian silver dollar in my change. Top notch!
