Good spot for coffee and lunch. Chicken wrap was very good. Frosted cinnamon bun was good too. Would recommend. Call to make sure theyre open though. Drive through is open at 6:00am, they close around 1:30-2pm

Lost one star in overall rating as their open hours are a bit erratic.

I adore their soups and sandwiches, so filling and feels like my mom made it (if she knew how to cook)

Saddest breakfast sandwich I’ve ever seen, if it wasn’t for the hole in the middle of the bagel you wouldn’t even know it has anything in it. For the high price I was shocked, The prices should be comparable to the food they’re giving Out.

I ordered the breakfast wrap at the drive-through today. It was $11 plus tax at the window, not grilled as expected, or cut in half as requested. I was told at the window I would need to pay for the take-out container (my vehicle has a lot of dog hair flying around I prefer not to eat). I always leave a 15% tip too.One thing is certain, they have profited far more from my business than I "cost them" in take-out containers. A paper bag would have been fine! I prefer to support local business, however, there is room for improvement here.

Good coffee friendly service. However they close in mid-afternoon around 3:00. Kind of inconvenient.
Distinctly average food for noticeably high prices. It's one of the few places you can get food in the industrial area. My problem is their prices... I had this same complaint about Sirius Coffee when they were at this same location. A small sandwich and a coffee for lunch with a small side desert will set you back $20. If you take something you could get at grocery store like an energy drink or Nanaimo bar, it costs about twice as much here. A lovely lunch but I could have made it at home for less than half the cost. The service is a bit slower than I'd like to see. Even with 2 people in the store it's still a 5-10 min wait for things that don't need cooking. They could also do with a proper POS system/till; their current till setup has a very concession stand feel to it with their awkwardly small little tablet and counter cash drawer.Food Cleanliness/

Ohhhh yummy, ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, one time, egg n ham, I believe it was. Just randomly stopped one day, for a bite. Good with portion, cost, and customer service. Thank you kindly.

The food is absolutely remarkable. I don't know what they do but it always hits the mark. Swear by the bagelwich breakfast sandwich and chicken cesar wrap.I would give a 4.5 overall, deduction due to poor coffee which needs improving. Have tried a few different hot drink options and wasn't able to finish any of them. Also worth noting not a lot of (any?) gluten free options. When doing lunch runs for the crew, it typically means I've got to stop off somewhere else to get a gluten free meal.

It's not bad, simple menu that's more geared towards catering and the coffee and late's are overpriced for what you get. All in all if you want a quick and simple drink it's okay I guess.
Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options are available.
