The place is cozy, a great rest stop while walking across Duncan. For $8.82 I had an 8oz Earl Grey tea and brownie, they offer milk if you order tea, you have to get your own utensils and put your own dirty dishes away for them when done eating. Payment is upfront and not after your meal. The staff are very friendly and professional. The chairs are comfortable albeit showing some wear and tear.
