When a restaurant intends to sell Pho, it comes with a burden to perform when that very same restaurant uses the word PHO in its name. I agree with a few other reviewers claiming the broth was not Pho broth. One reviewer specifically claimed it might be just straight Campbell's beef broth. I wouldn't doubt it actually because I couldn't taste any traditional ingredients like star anise, ginger, cinnamon, cloves etc etc. One reviewer you'll find claims to be a Pho coneseur...read full review
Food was great, service only got 3 stars because they really rushed us to order and the place was mostly empty. It was our 1st time there and we wanted to read the menu, but they came back about every minute to ask us what we wanted.
Great portion! The bowls are huge here! We were so happy to find a pho restaurant in this area, especially on a rainy day a big bowl of soup was definitely what we needed. Our server did seem like she was new as she did not know much of the menu, and was not able to answer most of our questions. We ordered some drinks to go with our meal but our drinks were made after she started cleaning our table. We felt a little bad as she did mention they were short staff at the time.
