This review is for Julie who seem to be the manager. On Friday night (Oct 25. 2024) I ordered through the app and there was a misunderstanding with the drinks. In our meal I ordered Large Vanilla frostyccino, we were given a medium sized (I thought was iced coffee). I called the store and was told to come in and get my drinks corrected. I love the food here. It's cheap and tasty.
However, the kitchen makes lots of mistakes and the lobby often has sticky tables.
To their credit, they always fix the mistake and make it as I'd like, but sometimes they argue about what their burgers are supposed to come with, even when I show them directly through the mobile app.
Their drive through is abysmally slow. I've had to wait half an hour to order and get my food...
