We stayed at the motel for 4 nights . Room was supposedly to have a queen bed - there was a queen headboard but only a double bed. The sink in the closet dripped 24 hours a day. The toilet seat was too small for the base and was only held on by 1 bolt. There was mould along the baseboards in the bathroom, only had towels,hand towels and washcloths the first day - then no washcloths until the last day. We had 4 pillows but there were pillowcases on only 2 of the pillows. When we tried to talk to the manager about our unhappiness with the room he started yelling at us. The staircase to the second floor rooms reeked of garbage. TERRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE!

Didn't stay in the hotel but visited the restaurant for dinner. Food and service were good, pub atmosphere with big screen tv's and pool tables. Would visit again if in town.

The owner is harrassing me with emails saying there was a glitch in their system and they did not receive my payment for the night i stayed in the hotel half a year ago. I have statements proving i have paid for my stay but he is insisting i pay a 2nd time and threatening sending my info to the credit bureau. The owner will try to scam you and threaten your credit if you stay here. On top of that, the toilet was leaking from the pipe going to the toilet in the room they gave me. They did give a replacement room, this toilet leaked from the seal when it was flushed. Do not stay here, it is not worth the headaches you will receive.At no point was there a phone call or a letter. There were 2 emails sent demanding a 2nd payment. Both of which i replied to with no reply from the hotel. The room is paid for with proof of payment. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Owner is also sending a personal email for payment. Because that's legit...

Food absolutely horrible . mushroom burger mushrooms dried shrivelled up, frozen processed patties, yuk my salad dried up greens with 3 slices cucumber & 2 pieces tomotoe. greek salad, veggies soggy not fresh,, where was the feta cheese???? & half the ingredients missing. overpriced. Never will we go back total bill over $70 . We all left hungry & feeling sick. Plus we waited 45 minutesDont recommend ever It is mo our responsibility to follow up. Sadly the server usy, not friendly, didn't come t our table at anytime to ask how our food was. When she came to take plates away sge could see foodnot eaten. Not once did she ask how it was. If staff doesnt do their job the problem is yours. We never had an opportunity to complain or send our food back:-((((

Service was very very slow but she was the only waitress. The waitress did as good as she could. I think it was more of a kitchen issue. Food was ok after an hour and a half wait and it was expensive.

January 1,2024.Two of my friends and l went for breakfast today,and the front desk staff was not pleasant today, we said good morning friendly way when we came in,her additude was not pleasant at all.

Went here for dinner. The food was OK needed salt. Portion sizes were rather large. The bathrooom smelled of smoke and the lobby smelled of stone perfume. The bar side of the place looked like a lot of fun and they had karaoke when we were there.

Broke down on my way home. Have a small, quiet, very well behaved dog and was turned away without a shred of compassion. Front desk person wouldn't get a manager or even consider asking someone if they could bend a rule to help a stranded traveler.Coldest , ignorant treatment I've eve experienced in any hotel I've been to in over 35 years.Absolutely heartless to a person with no place to stay due to vehicle brake down. Stranded with a 14 yr old dog in Enderby. They must hate animals and sure don't have a shred of compassion days before Christmas. Sadly run business.

Had dinner here. The butter chicken was amazing the beef dip one of the best we’ve had. Service was quick, friendly and helpful, We’ll be back again!!!Food & drinks: Worth coming just for the food!!!

The room was very dirty with damage to the interior. It smelled of stale smoke. One of the outer stairwells was closed along with part of the walkway. There was damage in the room that had not been fixed. The pool was closed. The room was over the bar so loud. Two months after my stay I was notified that my friend's card used for the damage deposit and stay had not gone through. I am very suspicious of this situation and reluctant to pay with a credit card for a room that was lacking in cleanliness, air quality and the pool was closed. The management will not drop the price which is the right thing to do as their staff did not provide the service they are charging for. I fail to understand why it took 2months for them to realize that the payment had not gone through. I will settle with them but I will not trust them with a credit card. I highly recommend not staying hete unless changes are made.

Service was Friendly- and that is where the positive experience STOPPED. I use to go to this place frequently in the past. But now I will not be back. Food was food nothing was served as it should be served in a restaurant. My grandsons burger was soaking in oil and grease to the point it was not edible. I was told by the waitress it would be deducted from the bill. Instead I got a 20% reduction on an $8 plate. Sorry. The food is a joke.

We stayed in this place for one night . The room is dirty and smelled old . There were cobwebs in most of the corners . There were 3 holes in the door thank goodness it wasn’t mosquito season . Pictures. Very disappointed.
