I think all you workers need to do some training because Tim’s has became terrible since you new workers and you guys not never make or do anything right you guys are lazy and not accepting someone’s order is wrong please start doing better

We have stopped here several times over the past years and the coffee has NOT improved. The coffee here is WEAK. No flavour. We started ordering dark roast to get flavour and that did not help. There has been a noticeable reduction in the coffee grounds/water ratio compared to other stores in other cities. We will not stop there again Vernon and Salmon Arm are not too far away to get good value and good coffee.

Tim Hortons CANADA 🇨🇦.... BAHAHAHA no each is individually owned and operated. This particular establishment although esthetically appealing, Im affraid to say the food quality is atrocious. I had ordered food that was so overdone I damn near chipped my teeth on fresh Hashbrown. Both of them to be exact. Figured after the breakfast the one in my breakfast wrap may have been okay. Sadly mistaken. The coffee was burnt beyond what you expect from Starbucks. On a 1-10 scale Food quality......................0 Will I go back....................0 Would I recommend........-1 Please feel free to reach out and see if you can change my mind... My experience was really good - Amazing Service, Polite and kind staff.
The drive-thru staff was extremely rude when we asked to read back the items we had ordered to make sure it was all there and then proceeded to ask for the manager to tell him about it and he turned out to be the manager. This person has no clue what customer service is at all. And then it turned out they did forget something after everything was said and done which is why we wanted them to read it back but if they weren't so rude we might have caught on before we had paid they were missing something and could have added it. This manager also told us what we think doesn't matter, which in an industry when you serve customers it completely matters what the customer thinks.
We will be avoiding this Tim Hortons when traveling through the area to go from Alberta to Kelowna and telling everyone we know to avoid it as well!
