Was disappointed how the drive through got all the attention. Customers inside the store had to wait while most of the staff was working drive through.
10 minutes wait for a bagel after we placed the order. And no one was ahead of us besides the drive through customers

I ordered vanilla ice cap and I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Prabhsimran. He was friendly, professional, and very efficient with my order. I recently had lunch at Tim Hortons and was really pleased with both the food and the overall service. I ordered the grilled cheese panini combo with wedges and an iced coffee. The panini was warm, perfectly toasted, and packed with cheesy goodness, while the wedges were crispy and well-seasoned.

What made the visit even better was the fast, friendly, and attentive service. My order was handled quickly and accurately, even during a busy lunch hour.
