On Monday night the front desk staff was seen not six inches from our window with his phone pointed inward at our room. When my partner saw him, she screamed and he ran.
We’ve filed a police report with the RCMP and they have followed up.
Aside from this incident, the vacation was a great time. The lack of lifeguards was a bummer, but we managed to have a great time nonetheless.
The pool renovations are truly unimpressive.
The rooms are terribly outdated and the common areas and hallways were in dire need of cleaning.
The price does not reflect the tired, dilapidated hotel and pools.
Sadly we will vacation elsewhere next time.
Terrible customer service. Rooms are outdated. Guest pool is filthy and falling apart. They DO NOT care about their guests. Expect little and a high price tag. Will NEVER return. Sent 2 emails with no response and they will not answer their phones.

Antlers at the Lodge offers a beautiful dining experience with a stunning mountain view and a cozy atmosphere. The wait staff is courteous and professional, providing excellent food presentation. The menu features delectable options like steak, seafood pasta, and perfectly cooked eggs Benedict with tasty hashbrowns. The service is fast and the staff are welcoming. Some guests enjoyed the "mountain mixology" with great drinks and a pretty good, albeit small, charcuterie board. While some guests suggest adding more seasoning or adjusting the pricing, the overall experience is described as fantastic and enjoyable, especially for families with children.
