This place was exactly what we were looking for, a hidden gem in Fairmont. In speaking with the owners, the food is locally sourced, made from scratch and farm to table to taste the freshness. Our meals were excellent, and there are take away options as well, like tea, jams and sustainable bowls for lives on the go. Stop in, you won't be disappointed.
This was recommended to me by my colleagues and so we tried. The food was delicious: I had the smoked pork ribs with beans and coleslaw and my friends ordered mashed potato with perfectly cooked chicken dinner.
We wanted to sit outside and I am glad we didn't otherwise the wasps would've ruined the experience.

Absolutely delicious food! Don't miss this gem! The owners take such pride in their cooking, and everything is homemade. We were at Fairmont Hot Springs for 2 nights and came here for both days.
