I have lunch here at least once a week. I find the group of people working there to be very friendly with good attention to detail. My sandwiches have always been tasty, cookies too! Don't hesitate to try it out if your hungry, they make good sandwiches every time!

Not sure about these negative reviews about poor service? Its a small location right next to a busy ferry terminal, yes they are busy, get over it karens!
Very friendly staff, and the owners are great, as a local i can say that over the years ive become friends with all of them and they are very good people!
