This location definitely wins the award for worst 7-11 in western Canada. I'm not sure they clean this store once a month. Gross. There are two other convenience stores in town. Both of those stores are very clean and the staff in both places are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend you avoid this location.

We stopped in here, at the 711 Fernie on Monday, August 21/23 so that hubby could get a softdrink refill. He had previously purchased their cup for $6.00. When he went to pay, the guy told him it was $2.00 and hubby told him he always pays .99 cents and it is that price everywere else. The guy again said $2.00. Hubby said they could keep it, dumped it out and walked out. Agree with another poster - 'Clowns'.Again, agree with another poster - 'Filthy'. I never go into the store with my husband because the last time I was in there, the washroom was so filthy I wouldn't use it. And the rest of the store looks filthy as well. I would never, ever order food there.On another note - interesting to note some of the names on the positive reviews. In my opinion, these positive reviews were posted by them/friends to boost their ratings.It's a shame these people took over as the store used to be a great place to stop.

Slushy was basically water, no consistency. Very dirty floors in the evening and when ordering chicken wings with wedges, the guy mentioned it does not come with wedges. The bloody signs say otherwise. Thank goodness we were only passing by in the town…

7-11 FERNIE - Hot and ready food is next to non existent. I’ve been coming here for 5+ years and it keeps getting worse. Breakfast sandwiches are usually hard and dry as heck, hash browns ar either not in the case or if they are they are rock hard. Hard to get hot food here. Drinks in coolers are Luke warn, not even cold. Always get the excuse that night shift didn’t make any food and it seems day/morning shift doesn’t either. I go to any other 7-11 and the cases have hot food that’s usually pretty decent. I’ll definitely not be returning here as the selection and quality has rapidly gone down hill with no sign of improvement

I don’t know what’s worse the garbage all over the parking lot or the employees who care more about looking at there phones than serving customers…. This place went down hill fast!

I just took a big swig of expired chocolate milk. It's not hard to stay on top of inventory, on a 711! This isn't COSTCO. It's a small town convenience store. Clowns.
They are rude on phone and tried to ask about putting kabobs for me to come and pick up and they said don’t cook at night, and that is ok but when asked of what is left on grill so I don’t walk for no reason was told I have to come into store, is they lots business because of it because I’m not going to walk there and they don’t have what I want and go there for no reason.

Called and ordered wings 30 minutes in advance so we wouldn't have to wait. Got there, and they hadn't even started.Then they said it would be a 7 minute wait. Then, 2 minutes later, they said it would be a 15 minute wait. I said I'd be back, and went to Circle K (where the experience was great), and when I got back, half the order was wrong. The only positive was they gave me some extra wings. But still not good enough, unfortunately.
