Ordered the Big Chubby Crunch combo and it was dried completely up like it had been sitting under a warmer for hours. I took two bites and brought it back and they replaced it with a proper fresh one. It’s staff who try to pawn that dried up garbage on you that makes u want not to go back .

We had a great experience at A&W! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.. special thanks to Katty and Bettina for going above and beyond. Their warm service really made our visit extra special. Superb food, great atmosphere, and outstanding customer care. We’ll definitely be back!

They need more staff to serve customers during the busy hours. Only one woman was handling both the line inside and the drive-thru, and we waited over 15 minutes just to place our order.

went thru drive thru, orders 5 burgers w cheese, none came with cheese. the window lady wasn’t listening to us and gave off a rude vibe

Mold on the bottom of the bun… I am pretty disgusted with the lack of inspection done with this locations food. Won’t be coming back, and I recommend you check your food before you eat.
