Always loved eating at the Fernie location, staff are friendly, it’s calm and peaceful inside and service is quick. Plus the food is always amazing, when you order a poutine with extra cheese and extra gravy, you GET your extra( and then some lol).

I have breakfast daily, always get chai latte, as coffee gives me a migraine. Decided to change it up with a vanilla latte and unbeknownst to me it's coffee. I asked if I could change it and supervisor says. No you can buy another.... I was shocked. Yes my mistake but seriously. Changing my breakfast location now. They have never been friendly anyway.
