Always loved eating at the Fernie location, staff are friendly, it’s calm and peaceful inside and service is quick. Plus the food is always amazing, when you order a poutine with extra cheese and extra gravy, you GET your extra( and then some lol).
This branch has a great view of the mountains, and clean. Kattie assisted us with our orders, shes very helpful. Our food arrived in such time. And that consistent A&W quality. When in the area, and you want a quick bite to eat, come here.
Ordered the Big Chubby Crunch combo and it was dried completely up like it had been sitting under a warmer for hours. I took two bites and brought it back and they replaced it with a proper fresh one. It’s staff who try to pawn that dried up garbage on you that makes u want not to go back .
