Our server Bamba was awesome! She was friendly and very helpful. I explained I have dietary issues and she made great suggestions. Our food was delicious! We were in the pub area and enjoyed playing a couple of rounds of pool. Nice early dinner.

Super impressed I’ve been to Boston pizzas all over BC as I’m a travel worker tonight June 7 I picked up my order at 9 PM was the first time it actually looked like someone cared and put effort into my takeout order! It’s was amazing and looked and tasted amazing! For me as an Avid takeout order lady I’m seriously impressed and I wanted to thank the chef who did this tonight cause again I normally go home disappointed

Me and my friend have ordered 2 different pizza. The chicken meat on top was very crunchy , I didn't enjoy it at all. And next morning, both of us got stomach . We are not coming back .

This server had to work on the easter weekend and was trying to take out on our family. Extremely racist behavior. How could Boston Pizza hire such a racist and harsh person? I have worked in customer service and understand the pressures of the job, however, to take it out on the customers like that is completely unacceptable. This guy should be properly trained to answer customer's questions in a polite manner.

Tonight I thought I would try a new menu item sounded amazing. Beef brisket in elbow macaroni. $22.00. Yum Not I saw a few literally a few minuscule pieces of beef. So I asked the waitress to ask chef to put more in. It came back with a few more miniscule pieces of beef. I still wasn’t satisfied for the price. So the waitress brought it back and the manger came out and said she would have to charge me extra for 2 more oz. Of beef. I told her it was a rip off. She acknowledge this and said you go ahead and do your review. Don’t order new menu item beef brisket and macaroni The waitress btw was amazing. She apologized profusely and agreed. I said it’s not your fault.

I recently dined at Boston Pizza and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While I understand that service can vary depending on the day, my visit was marked by an unusually long wait time, which was frustrating. Moreover, the waitress attending to our table was consistently unprofessional and rude, which detracted significantly from the overall dining experience. I hope that management will address these concerns to improve the customer experience in the future.

I recently visited Boston Pizza in Fernie while on vacation from the USA, hoping to explore the local culture and relax. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by an encounter with one of the supervisors, "Miranda". I found her to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Her behavior was not only discourteous but also felt racially motivated, which was both surprising and disappointing.
It's disheartening to face such treatment, especially when Fernie is otherwise such a beautiful place with many kind and welcoming people. This unfortunate incident put a damper on what was meant to be a relaxing getaway.
I hope that the management at Boston Pizza will take this feedback seriously and work towards ensuring a more respectful and inclusive environment for all customers.
