Good food choice options is always so so these manufactured style restaurants. Service was good but when you visit a restaurant, the food is far away the most important. And beer options which was disappointing given that we are in Fernie. Where is the Fernie beer?

We walked in at around 9:30 to a bar that had no music, a couple of people sadly eating pasta and a awkwardly jittered barmaid, barmaid seated us, was polite, immediately got our orders wrong multiple times and had to ask us to repeat ourselves a few too many times for us to think she was sober or with it, kitchen couldn't provide multiple items, had a weird moment where they couldn't provide an appetizer size of something but could sell me a main? I'm a chef for the last 30 years, easy answer to that is split up a main portion and sell it. Just a joke, I'm leaving this here so hopefully someone sees it and tells them why they didn't get a tip on a $300 bill, frankly theyr lucky we didn't walk out

The lasagne is not "baked" in a ceramic dish. It's on a square plate now . They toss it with marinara and top it with shredded Parmesan which absolutely ruins the flavour. The server was argumentative as hell over this fact. I been to Boston Pizza my whole life. 40+ years. This was not the traditional baked lasagne BP is famous for. I realize lots of quality has gone down since 2020. I don't expect to be argued with by a server. I won't return to this location. She knows she is wrong to argue with customers too! There will be a zero tip and I don't appreciate her condescending demeanor.

The food was good, there's no denying that. However, I was disappointed by the lack of friendliness displayed by the servers during my visit. It seemed like our server might have been having a bad day, as their demeanor made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We were hoping to enjoy our meal and have a pleasant time together, but unfortunately, the server's demeanor had a negative impact on our overall experience.

Came in this afternoon for a late lunch with my daughter today. The waitress at first sat us and left us with a menu, it was a good 15 minutes before she came back to ask our drink order then another 20 minutes after our drinks were dropped off before she asked our food menu. The building was not busy, in fact everyone that was there before us was already served. After our food arrived she did check in to see how it was, but walked away before I could ask for an additional side of ranch. Eventually, I’m not sure what happened but the other waitress stepped in and my experience was so much better. Ariel has served us in the past and is such a lovely person, she made quick friends with my (almost) 4 year old and is the only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review, she also made the atmosphere much more cheerful! Thank you Ariel!The food was good.Parking: Lots of parking spots available for cars, trucks and vehicles pulling trailers. Handicap parking close to the wheelchair ramp.Kid-friendliness: The waitress made quick friends with my chatty toddler, she did not just brush off the inquiring mind of a little person and genuinely made the experience for my daughter. As we left, my daughter commented about her new friend being so nice.

We just had a Beet goat cheese salad that contained Rancid Almonds. Should have sent it back but my wife decided just to pick out the almonds. Bad decision on our part as they were very generous with said Rancid almonds. Informed waitress with no consideration and none asked for. She did kindly remove the napkin full of Rancid Almonds!. Live and learn.

Forth time this summer have ordered food to go while passing by Fernie only to disappointed to find parts of the order wrong and missing. When phoned and explained and asked to have bill adjusted accordingly was told no but you can have a free side next time you are in Fernie. I like Boston pizza but this Fernie one is by far the worst I have seen
