Excellent service by Ian! I had the Wild North Honey Brown lager and the warm pretzel bites and my wife had the Asian Noodle salad, everything was delicious.

Great place to grab some food, fish and chips are great and so is the pbr :)
Took the family there for supper and took 1.5hrs to get our food. Got multiple excuses from the waiter about 'its a busy evening' and that we 'ordered items that take longer to make'....while we watched others that ordered the same food, ate it...and left. Pointed out that the excuses that were provided were false as the waiter attempted to use them again and I had to ask him to just stop...pretty clear he didnt submit our order until later in the evening and was covering up.
When we finally got our food...the fish was tasteless and greasy. Burger was warm at best...a couple other plates were okay but seeing that we got served precisely the same time as the table next to us (they arrived more than 30min later than we did) and that the waiter didnt offer any real apology nor offer to make it right...we simply will never be back.

This is one of the few dog friendly bars in Fernie, with a large patio. Food is good and the drinks are interesting. We had a very pleasant evening there, with live music. After being turned away from several other bars and restaurants who falsely told us a “BC rule” meant they couldn’t accommodate dogs, it was great to find no such nonsense from staff at the Fernie and we were so pleased to find somewhere to eat and drink with our boy in Fernie.
