I came here March 24 for my bday with my family. My kids got a kid scoop and my husband and I, 1 regular scoop each. The flavours were very underwhelming and my scoop was ridiculously small! So small that my kids got a much larger portion, almost double size no exaggeration. My husband seen it and said did you eat it that fast or was it seriously that small?!! I really wanted to like this place but its not worth it due to taste vs cost. Not creamy at all like other reviews have stated

Happy Cow Ice Cream in Fernie was a great spot to stop in for ice cream. Their selection of flavors is impressive, with something for everyone, including dairy-free options. The ice cream is creamy and delicious. I had the honeycomb flavour and it was very unique but satisfying. The staff is friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall charm of the experience. Whether you're a local or just passing through Fernie, be sure to stop by Happy Cow Ice Cream for a scoop of happiness!

So deliciously good! Only problem is I have to make a choice! Sometimes a little busy but guaranteed worth the wait. When we stay down here in the summer it gets visited almost daily!

Got a scoop of the honeycomb and one of Johnny's addiction-- delicious flavours. Loved that their waffles cones were thinner and crispier than the typical ones.

Happy Cow's Honeycomb Ice Cream with sponge toffee swirls is extra delicious when served in their in-shop waffle cones. It's a perfect sweet treat!

A great little place to grab an ice cream whether you're staying in Fernie or passing through, and it's right off the highway. You have to try an icecream sandwich. They are HUGE and homemade. I will warn you though about the chocolate shakes - They are a little bitter. Almost like Cacao is used, so little kids probably won't like them. It was tasty for me though.

Good ice cream here. The home made waffle cones taste great, but may be slightly fragile. I tried the honeycomb ice cream. They must use good honey, it tasted excellent.

Worst customer service ever tonight.Stopped by Happy Cow tonight to get some of our favourite ice cream (Honeycomb & Johnny’s Addiction) for a treat on our way through Fernie. We both finished our ice cream and were extremely disappointed because there was no toffee crunch or chocolate in the respective ice creams. I called back to let them know our concerns and Dillon answered. After telling me the added ingredients get broken down when it’s mixed together I told him we have been coming for years and there was always the special ingredients in the ice creams that have it.Dillon refused to acknowledge the issue I called about and after telling me ‘we can’t do anything about that’ he told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.Due to the horrible customer service, myself and my friends will not be supporting Happy Cow in Fernie. I hope the owners teach Dillon some customer service skills so he doesn’t needlessly offend any more customers.

The location is a bit inauspicious in a sad little strip mall on the highway, but the ice cream is delicious. The huckleberry was so flavourful.

Small interior but several flavors. With tax I spent about $5 for a single scoop in a regular cone. I tried the toasted coconut and it was really good with chunks of macaroons in it. They had other options of ice cream too, and floats and cookies that I saw

Best ice cream I’ve ever had! But portions are quite small.. BUT SOOOO TASTY!!!

We tried their most popular flavour, honeycomb, and it was pretty good, but just ok imo. A sweet, caramel vanilla ice cream. Service was fast even though lots of people come here during evenings for a sweet treat. Very nice post-hike treat or just a nice place to enjoy a cool summer dessert.

Ordered a milk shake and it was a let down. It tasted like tap water mixed with ice cream.
