My husband wanted a Bacon and Egg Farmer's Breakfast Sandwich for breakfast and the inside was cold, the cheese was not melted, the bacon was cold and the bread was hard, unfortunately we are traveling and we ordered through the drive thru, looking forward to returning to complain, it is a shame that this famous Tim Hortons chain is increasingly in decline, it has not been the only place where we have had problems, in Sparwood, BC was another where we ordered Chicken Habanero Loaded Bowl And the chicken had a very strange taste and when we were checking the bowl we realized that part of the chicken was slimy green.

Of my first 3 visits here, there has been a problem with the order each time - but they have always apologized and tried their best to make up for it.
I don't go to McDonald's for quality food, just quick service - so I understand the issues of being understaffed and overly busy. Thank you for all of the great customer service provided here đ

I know it's fast food, but don't expect your food to come out looking appealing. The burger I got was the slowest sloppiest burger I've had at a McDonald's. The bun was greasy and soggy. The fries were dry. Wasn't even that busy, but they still took forever to complete our order.

Waited in the parking lot for 20 mins just for a mchicken meal and a chicken wrap meal. Just like the one in Strathmore. They pull you into the parking lot for so long.

Tried to tell us we could only get 1 ..$1.00 cone so we used the self serve and got 4... then they made them super small and left the cones hollow..wast of time and money get your cones at dairy queen.. 0 consistancy from other mcdonalds..

I went to McDonaldâs today intending to place a simple order, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The employee at the counter kept interrupting me while I was explaining how I wanted my burger. Every time I tried to specify my order, she cut me off to ask if the screen was correct â when I hadnât even finished listing what I wanted. I didnât get the chance to say âextra picklesâ or âno sauceâ before she was rushing me along.
At that point, I was so frustrated I just drove off. I didnât want to correct her and risk my food being tampered with, but I also didnât want to pay for something I didnât order. Overall, thoroughly displeased with the service. Likely will not be revisiting.
Charged for double cheeseburgers. Only recieve singles. Had to drive back to correct. After leaving a second time, realized the Mchicken was made with ranch, not Mchicken sauce.

Ordered 6 cinnamon swirls, get to window to pay and she tells me they only have 5 left, is that OK? But still going to charge me for 6. No, its not ok. So I only took 2 and they didn't put the icing on them or warm them up. They were so cold, almost like they came out of the freezer Also ordered a large orange pekoe tea with 2 cream 2 sugar, she gives me a green tea. They seem to never listen to the customer. Not the first time I've had issues at this McDonald's

Love to sit outside when the sun is shining. McDonalds had the umbrellas up and good to sit and enjoy. Good value and my husband and I were quite full on $22. Thx

Itâs been the 3 times now that I order a double quarter pounder but only get one burger like canât be that hard to count to 2
