Why does this town have so many non English speaking front of house workers? Used the kiosk and got stale breakfast burritos at 6:30am, probably from the morning before to save over head costs as they came up immediately. So gross.

The worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Local so I’ve been here several times. Check your order before you leave! 9 out of 10 times there has been something missing! This location is terrible for that. If you order on the app they often cannot see that payment was made so the they either try to get you to pay again or insist on seeing your banking info to prove that payment was made! Just go to Sparwood.

They have one bathroom with one working urinal and no toilet working. Also the debit system was down and had to dig up cash. Over all the place was dirty. Keep rolling to the next restaurant.

I was traveling from the states spent the night in Cranbrook wanted breakfast went to use the ladies bathroom it was disgusting....I come back to Canada and am so disappointed every public I washroom I used in the states was so clean even the gas stations...get with it McDonald's...I mentioned to the girl all she said was sorry about that ... seriously ?
