Came in afternoon today and I ordered two items — caramel iced coffee that tastes like plain iced coffee. Not enough caramel flavor even if I stirred the bottom part for how many times. Also ordered the herb seasoned fries. They should put more of the herbs flavor to make it more tastier. Atmosphere was fine. Not that crowded. Dining area was clean. Staffs inside were sometimes occupied that they cannot notice the customers falling in line but I understand coz I am also working in food service industry ?

Usually getting lunch here isnt bad. But im very disapointed with my breakfast this morning. Coffee tastes burnt, and i ordered an everything bagel, toasted with butter. It was warm, but it was also burnt, it was very chewy and hard to bite into (seemed very old) even the toasting part of it seemed old. And there was nothing on it, no butter, nothing. Last time i will be getting a bagel from there. I do not recommend.

Ordered @ $40 worth of food, including a cup of water. Paid for it at one window, received the food at the next one. No water. When I asked for it, I was informed I had to pay 30 cents extra for the water. I said that was ridiculous and she slammed the window shut and ignored me. Terrible customer service!

Went yesterday and missed an item so we i had to go back and pick it it up. Went again earlier and paid almost $18 and the burger is dry. The cheese is not properly placed in between the burger and the fries are a little soggy.
Ordered inside in person and had to repeat the order 3 times to get it right. No problem, little loud in there. They were quick to get it ready, double checked and seemed fine. Asked for a couple cups or fry holders so we could divvy up food for the kids on the road. Rep at till gave me a dirty look then put 2 cups on the counter and said it's extra charge. I said that's never been the case and she just shrugged and smiled... we left without the cups and were unpleasantly surprised to find every sandwich we ordered a total mess, buns ripped, sauce all over the outside everything falling out and cold. If we had stayed in to eat I would've demanded a full refund.Go anywhere else. I've never seen another MacDonalds run that terribly.

the workers are surly, the food was poorly assembled. My big mac looked awful. Moreover, my discount wasn’t accepted, however i am Mcdonald’s worker. The only advantage is pretty fast serving.

I had an amazing employee take my order today. It looked as if they were fairly new, but incredibly competent. It's nice to see the youth of today be great at their positions. They're clearly a bright and dedicated individual.The cashier whom worked at 430pm July 14th was fantastic.

Quick stop after long weekend. Always get what we order, and almost always the food is fresh and hot. Bathroom pretty clean as well as tables and chairs.Parking: Lots of space, but some drivers have no concept of direction or spaceWheelchair accessibility: Auto door buttons at entrance. Washroom has wheel chair stall.
