Poor coffee, poor services, smell of washed, old grounded coffee from few days ago The test was awfull, we tried several recipes.This location should be inspected by Starbucks reps and provided with a good source of coffee witch Starbucks is proud of, unless there are staff manipulations over the inventory.Never tried such a poor test of Espresso, Late or Pike.When prices are so high, the quality is so low An hour before closing, all tables are wrap up, inside and outside, inviting people to leave.On top of that, the schedule is covering only the day time, not rush hours, even the location is so good.

Over $5 for a small/tall London fog? At the window drive through, I was prompted on a tip screen. Is it just me or has this world gone absolute bonkers???To the management at Fernie Starbucks, please pay your staff with a living wage and stop begging for the public pay your staff by unjustified handouts. In the store, maybe. Through the drive through???You get a 1 star for putting a tip prompt on a drivethrough window, I'll overlook the $5 dollar inky dinky tea.?

On a road trip, stopped into Starbucks for a good quality latte, honestly should have sipped it before leaving. Tasted like warm milk, dumped it at our next stop. Really disappointing. Won’t stop here

You can tell there’s a pride in ownership with this Starbucks location. It is always organize and clean. Staff are friendly and chatty which makes ordering pleasant and easy.
Parking: Limited amount of spots in the front of the location, kind of hard as it’s super close to the drive-through.
