Last Sunday me and may partner grab a food in Subway, the crew working during that time are very friendly, they always wear a smile on their faces. Its around 12 noon during that time. Even though it's a lunch rush they are very spontaneous in assisting guests coming in. Kudos to both crew working on that time. You guys deserved a raised.

Recently ordered in store, there was a woman and a guy at that time. The woman is asking me right away if I wanted a combo eventhough the guy is still doing the veggies for me. It is inappropriate. The woman is small and the too perky.

It had been a long time since I had such a good Subway sandwich. A young man attended me, and his service was excellent and fast, even though he was the only one at the counter.

The service was poor and unprofessional. One lady didn't listen to my husband on what sub he wanted and she made something else. As one person was making mine, I got interrupted and was asked what I wanted on the other sub I ordered. Then they put waaayyy too much mayo on the sub. They were also talking in their own language in front of all the customers, very unprofessional.

We stopped in for lunch with my family. The service was not great, it took forever, and my wife had to repeat her order at least 3-4 times. Language was not a barrier. The bread for my daughter’s sub was almost rock hard. A third of the soda dispensers were just putting out water.

Fast food prices are insane these days, just go to a sit down restaurant it’s almost the same price.
