My husband and I have enjoyed this subway over the years for an easy dinner. Tonight we stopped and couldn't get a normal roast beef sub or a pizza sub, so we chose other subs. Got home, both started to eat them, and both our subd went in the garbage. It's one thing to cater to the " tourists" but us locals is what keeps a business going in off season. We were the only ones in the business at 5pm, what does that tell you. We will never return. It was a waste of $30.00 We wouldn't recommend any of the choices. Bring back normal subs.

Today I order following items and couldn’t get enough quantity. (In picture). 3 Bowl and 1 subway has not enough toppings and bowl has only half quantity of salads as we can see in picture. Sub has only few salad. For bowl rice they are not even using cup for proper measure. Not recommend…

There was only 1 staff working. I wish I had gotten her name! She did a fantastic job of going through all of the customers thoroughly! She didn't rush. Took a bit longer for our sandwiches as we had to wait! Bit for a staff like that I would wait all day long!Food was amazing! My family is visiting from rocky mountain house albert, and the amount of product on my sandwiches was absolutely incredible, I definitely would have had to pay *extra* for the stuff she put on my sandwich!Cannot wait to return!

Put an online order in paid. Forgot to switch locations from Fernie to Sparwood. Called right after putting order in after realizing my mistake. Called right away and asked if I could either cancel or just have them send the order to Sparwood Subway. Nope ? wouldn’t even try helping out and giving other options and now I’m out $33.00 . Way to go Subway exceptional customer service.

Super friendly staff! Every time I go in, anyone serving me is so lovely. They greet with a warm smile and inviting, upbeat tone. They do a better job than other subways I have been to with providing a solid portion of veggie toppings!
Got almost everything on my sub wrong, overloaded with mayo on my stampede brisket sub which shouldn’t have mayo to begin with. Made the whole thing soaking wet and soggy ?

It is a very small location. The staff is always friendly. They are not cheap on toppings like the sparwood Subway. I actually get what I'm paying for here.

I have ate here several times. Food has always been fresh and the store been clean. It is a good Subway. It can get busy during the lunch rush for sure.
