We were sat down promptly and brought the menus and water shortly after seating. The restaurant is very cozy and warm, no complaints there. The Christmas Spritz that I ordered was quite tasty.Unfortunately, the meal itself was underwhelming. The bruchetta was little more than four slices of toasted oiled bread and a barely filled rammucen of the tomatoe/vinaigrette topping. There was enough for each slice to maybe have half a tablespoon of the topping, which meant you were mainly munching on bare toast for most of it. It also didn't come with a spoon, so we were fishing tomato chunks and actual liquid out with a fork. Not ideal. The Pizza Gabriel we ordered was fairly tasty. However, the presentation was quite awful with the main protein looking like some kind of uncooked deli meat haphazardly slapped on top. Very unappealing, and the rest of the ingredients were just loosely scattered around the top. I'd even say it was undercooked.Service was okay, no comments there. The meal felt like someone's first attempt at making authentic Italian cuisine at home. Not terrible, but not worth the price either.

We (3people) came here for lunch. We were promptly seated by a friendly server. After a while we were brought water and menus by a different server. The place started to get busy and we noticed the server who sat us telling 4 other tables the specials and getting their orders. We eventually waved her down to place our order. Then a table of 6 came in and we saw the initial server take their order. Other tables that came in after us all had drinks and some were already eating. We got our drinks at the same time as the table of 6 which was the 5th table AFTER us. At this point we stated we wanted to pay for our drinks and leave. Our server went to check on our food and brought it out to the table of 6 as there was similar items other then our toddlers toast which we saw sitting there for quite some time. We expressed our concerns and he apologized. He then brought some of our food and 4 min later my pizza. No one asked us if everything was okay (my pizza was wrong) and we waved down the server who seated us and asked to talk to a manager, who was very understanding and apologetic. She stated it is under new management and stated she will do better training servers who we pointed out attending every table except us. She offored is 10% off and we packaged our food and left. The food is good the atmosphere is cute but the service for us was horrible.

New ownership warning! It's not the same. Food barely mediocre. No wonder we could easily get a reso last minute.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free pizza options any more.

Reasonably priced, and pleasant atmosphere, but disappointing overall experience.Gnocchi was delivered quickly after ordering, but it seemed undercooked, and very doughy. My beer, ordered before the meal, was delivered after the food had been eaten, and as I was putting on my coat to leave.

Had the best pizza I’ve eaten during my year in Canada. Pizza chef Daniel was super nice and made the pizza in front of us. Amazing service from him and the server Connor. Great evening!

Wow! Just attended the grand opening with the new owner and loved the food. Absolutely delicious crispy chicken cutlets with crispy on the outside and soft on the inside roasted potatoes. Also, would highly recommend the Rigatoni al Veal Ragu, which had such amazing flavours.
