Well, we usually get taken out from TOE, which is usually good. Last night we ordered take out dinner for 4 plus a few extras. Food was hot and ready when said, the issue I have with it is the amount of onions used in every dish. Yes I know they are used in this style cooking but when the take out dish is 3/4 full of onion filler to make it seem full, I got issues. This was on every dish except the spring rolls. I get it ingredients are expensive, but when the customer is paying...
We did takeout dinner for two which was reasonably priced, especially considering how much other restaurants in Fernie are charging. The food was greasy though, and a little bland, pretty typical for what you'd expect from a small town Chinese restaurant.
Good food, great staff. We came very close to closing time amd they served us up some delicious Chinese food. The building is pretty cool, with an original elevator in it (hence the name). Recommened eating here!
