Went there yesterday at 8 pm. Ordered a coffee and asked to stir my coffee, young lady with specs named (Ranjeet kaur)she just smiled and gave me the stir sticks beacuse she was very busy talking with the co worker on the headsetā€¼ļøā€¼ļøand nit paying attention to the order May be from yesterday customers will have to stir their coffee themselves.
Really bad experience here!
I really request to all the staff members please make the orders properly because someone is wasting there hard earned money for a coffee.

I don’t usually leave reviews but when I moved here 6 months ago I really enjoyed getting my breakfast or lunch from Tim Hortans and it has slowly gone downhill. Today I waited 25mins in the drive-thru before ordering it was not that busy. I finally ordered and I asked for two chicken bacon ranch wraps and make them meals. Waited another 10mins before getting it which isn’t too bad but spending a half an hour in a drive thru is insane. Then they put no sugar in my steeped tea, it was basically flavourless. Burnt my wedges so bad they weren’t even edible. I asked for chipotle sauce also did not get that. The wraps were a mess I just paid for a meal I wish I didn’t. Won’t be going back for awhile now.
Side note: the wraps have become more and more messy/ falling apart or have holes in the middle of the wrap. Everytime I order, it seems to get worse.

We just drove through the very slow drive to just get the wrong order.i ordered and iced chai latte and cold an ice coffee. Wouldn't been so bad but I do not drink coffee.

Two words foul and disgusting the bathrooms had dirty toilet paper on the floor and pee in the toilet bowl I wish I could make it zero stars never going back my ice cap had a weird brown liquid on top and my donut was stale and melted and to name some more staff was unhappy tables dirty garbage on the floors not to mention this is after a renovation we said we would not go back but decided to give them another chance but boy do I regret that so a word of advice…STAY AWAY!!! The only person who should go there is a health inspector.

I am aware fast food service workers work particularly hard. But Tim Hortons has gotten lazy, and it's noticable. I asked for two breakfast sandwiches to be extra warm, when I got them, I was very disappointed to find that my egg was cold and my bagel was hardly toasted. Not thrilled at 07:00! šŸ‘Ž

We stopped here on the way to our destination and 4 days later on the way back. The bathroom was nasty both times, men's and women's. Coffee tasted as if they hadn't properly cleaned the machines. The donuts were not dipped in the glaze properly, far too thick of a coating, making the donuts too sweet and very messy to eat. The manager needs to step it up.
