What's going on with Tim Hortons? I paid $11 for a chicken bowl, but it was basically cold and had barely any chicken, just bread crumbs. Tim Hortons needs to do better. I won't be ordering food from there anymore. It's expensive and the quality of the food is awful.

Food is never ok , but that’s fine , Two of the girls staff working there , have not even basic manners how to behave with their own co - workers and even the customers .. I don’t know much of their language , but I always find it abusive . Secondly , they just come only for hours not to work properly ,, we never got our order correct. , please train the staff properly or hire the staff with a good behaviour ,
It’s only for 2 women staff working in the morning shifts , others are very good

I just paid $10.14 for 2 XL steeped teas. Watch your totals, this isn't the first time this has happened to me, doesn't feel very trustworthy.
Add me to the list of 'this is very concerning to us' but we won't act on an obvious problem. Bad look for the brand.

Everytime I go they forgot something, whether it’s putting sauce on my farmers wrap or giving me my hash brown they always forget something, worst Tim Horton ever.

Very dirty seating area...no effort to clean up anything or wipe down Windows tables. Floor was a mess. More flies than you could ever count.... One staff member came out. Walked around the seating table area. Moved a couple of chairs in never made an effort to pick up garbage. Wipe down tables. Bathrooms were the same disgusting. Not your regular Tim Hortons for sure..... I think the Tim Hortons inspection person is either paid off on this franchise or skips over it completely because of its remoteness. I will not be back to this. Tim Horton and I frequent highway 3.

Lowest quality controlled Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Can’t get the drinks right. Every day I get a farmers wrap and if you don’t ask for extra chipotle there won’t be any in there at all. I also ask for it to be double toasted and every single day the wrap is COLD and I have to wait until I’m near a microwave to heat it up later.

I’m from US but love to go to Tim Hortons when we are in Canada. We went out of our way to go here and what a disappointment! The bathroom was disgusting. To me, this means the kitchen is probably no better. Our frozen latte had very little flavor, it was all ice. They must be cutting corners here. This place was awful, don’t waste your time. Based on the comments I see here they are not trying to improve.
Prompt service but the dirty tables and abundant flies lead me out the door.

Still the worst Tims in the country Paid for large soup, received the small They forgot to put chicken in the chicken noodle soup, went back. They topped up the soup to make it a large and added chicken Was told “we don’t have butter” for the bun, then why did you give me a knife. Had to ask for pepper Very limited donut selection. All the doors are open due to the AC being broken so flies everywhere and very hot. Took the bun back as it was very stale and hard Very bad location please stay away and hit the next town.
