Festina Lente Estate Winery and Meadery

Love their mead and such a chill, unpretentious place to enjoy it.

I had a wonderful time visiting Festina Lente Estate Winery while in the Langley area. An interesting and delicious offering of mead style wines were enjoyed on the wooden deck listening to live music. Recommended if you are in the area.

The best experience! All the mead is PHENOMENAL! Fun, whimsical and informative. Super dog friendly and delicious.
Highly recommend this to literally anyone of age to drink.

This place is a treasure. The owners are some of the most knowledgeable and friendly folks i’ve ever met. They love what they do and their craft, even calling the bottles their baby’s - they care about the product that much.

My wife thought she knew what mead was and was put off coming here but after dragging her one day and hanging out and tasting their fair she has decided she thinks this is her new go to drink! She even joined the frequent buyer points club.

The tasting venue is clean, comfortable and pleasant.

They have a great selection of meads and this place is worth a visit! Highly recomended

Had an absolutely amazing experience! Me and my four friends came with the tiki time wine tour and this was by far the best winery we visited. The wines were amazing and the people were so friendly. They really took their time with us and made us feel so welcome. Thank you for an incredible experience we will be back!!!

Had a great time at Festina Lente! Six unique and delicious meads to taste, amazing live music, charcuterie from the cute little Traveling Tea Party food truck, and even a flight of biscuits for our chihuahua. Took home a bottle but will definitely be back for more!

Absolutely delicious wines and the woman running the tasting was super informative and sweet

We had a great tasting with Dale! The meads are so delicious. I especially loved the ginger mead, it has a subtle ginger flavor and was delicious. We were educated on each of the meads and Dale gave us great ideas on various other options for mixing, etc. Peaceful deck to sit and enjoy. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful experience here and thoroughly enjoyed the wines served in the taste testing. It was our first time in the area and definitely won’t be our last. The service Ethan provided us was excellent as stories were told of each wine. We loved the atmosphere and our puppy gave it 4 paws up as they brought out a pup-board with different snacks. Thank you again!
