“My wife and I stopped in today for a bite and a drink. It’s been little while since we were there. My wife had the lawnmower beer and the roasted carrots, I had the hells lager and the Canadiana burger. I asked for arugula lettuce instead of the regular lettuce. Our server was Seraphina S and was fantastic, the other servers seemed to be just as on top of their game in serving everyone. The food was amazing as usual. The only disappointing thing was that the quad beer that was brought out for their anniversary is no longer available, it was my favourite. Other than that everything was great.“

“Second time here.. this time it’s on a stat holiday. It was busy, but we joined the online waiting list. It was a little behind but we got our table after 15-20 mins. We ordered the breakfast, but they ran out of sausages. Pancakes and the benny were good, but I wouldn’t recommend the waffles. Not my fave, it was dry and a little tough. The eggs were cooked perfectly as how we requested. Service was excellent. Lots of free parking available in the lot. We will visit again.“

Their prices here are reasonable, and their service here is amazing each time I go there, which is every day except for Sunday, because that's the only day they are closed. “I’m actually in the restaurant now. We came in on a Saturday at 1.30 pm. We tried to order wine but were told wine was not available till happy hour at 2pm. I had a beer and waited. I tried at 2pm and was told I had a choice of one white or red house wine of which I had never heard of. I declined and decided I order wine at home. This is simply ridiculous. It’s a “upper” scale restaurant and I can’t see or order from a white list. Changes need to be made. The burger was excellent. My wife was also frustrated with the inability to order a glass of wine.“

We ordered one Oreo cookie shake to split, our waitress offered to pour it into 2 glasses, they also topped both with whipped cream and Oreo crumbles! We never order the tower of onion rings because of how big they are but, they now have a smaller one that comes with 6 rings called The O-Ring Shorty, genius! I ordered the southern charm burger, soo delicious! And my boyfriend ordered the Smoke & Pepper, he foolishly made his monster style by adding an additional patty, which he could not finish 🤣 The place was extremely busy, while following social distancing measures. “Little Donkey has been our go-to burrito place for almost a decade and this year we were so lucky to have them cater our wedding dinner! Our guests were over the moon excited for burritos and they were a huge hit on the day of. The option to have them Gluten/dairy free in a bowl was awesome and super easy for guests, too. Ignacio was incredibly easy to work with, quick to respond, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He even sent us home with churros one night to do an experiment on whether they'd last as a late night snack---spoiler, Ignacio was right and they weren't the right fit for a late night snack, but he was very creative and helped us think through potential issues like these ahead of time. Little Donkey delivered to our venue, which went seamlessly because they were so organized ahead of time. They made us 100% confident and everything went perfectly. “Everything...looks great. I always have a Patty Melt with poutine subbed for fries. Far less often I have the Benny Omelet. Both excellent every time. Best fries ever. Open for business again followoing Covid guidelines and keeping the place spic and span and distancing well though out. Please support them when you can.“

“We’ve been coming here for years except the last few as we decided to branch out and try other local Italian restaurants. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed our meals, service and ambience. Glad we made a reservation tho or we wouldn’t have gotten our favorite table as it was busy for a Friday. Food was excellent and happy to see extra staff on. Portions are huge. Prepare for leftovers if you order the pasta. Desserts phenomenal ( tiramisu and chocolate cheesecake) and drinks were generous.
My son was set on celebrating his birthday at La Trattoria and it exceeded our expectations.
They also have a kids menu so although you may want a date night don’t hesitate to bring the kids. We will be back.“

Hostess left a bit to be desired, but waitress ( Esther ) more than made up for it. She was friendly, patient ( on carnivore diet so picking carefully). All delicious and heaping .

“Has been our family’s favourite sushi spot for years! We’ve moved further away but keep making the drive because we specifically can’t find comparable spicy rolls. They mix in the sauce with the fish and it takes infinitely better than restaurants that drizzle over generic spicy sauce. They have gone up in price, but the service is quick and the online order system on their website makes it easy to scope the menu and have it ready for pickup.“

I never give 5 stars unless they are way over the top.They are located in the same building as a Gas Station, not your typical Sushi Restaurant location, but don't let that scare you away. A very small restaurant, but they were busy and they have a very good "Take Out" business.If you are in the area and appreciate good sushi, you owe it to yourself and those you know enjoy Sushi to try these guys.“
