Love the food but 10 years ago it was better so no 5 star there . Everytime I go here something missing or wrong, today and yesterday I got 2 regular sized drinks from their new machine both times it was low other than today one was right to the top. all I got form the person upfront when I asked was a snarky remark about how that's how it works and that its normal ? Weird majority of the time it's to the top maybe they should advertise the right size next time and maybe not offer things they never have the intention of selling

Check your order before you leave if driving through. I eat there about once a week lately mainly out of lack of drive through options in town and 100% of the time for the last few weeks if I ask for no pickles there's always pickles, if I order cheese on a chicken burger I pay for the cheese and there's no cheese, they can only seem to get the basic orders right at least for me anyways. I'm always a drive though customer so I usually don't notice right away and can't turn around to get it corrected but the whole point in drive though is convenience so you don't have to go inside or turns around and line back up to get it corrected and it's hit or miss if you get a receipt or not. I'm counting down the days until mcdonald's opens at this point. I do love a&w burgers when they're done right and would definitely continue going there if they could get the basic special orders right. Also the burgers aren't very fresh if you don't go at peak hours. These are generally the daytime/lunchtime hours. I know it's fast food and shouldn't expect much. I have no problems with the staff and when I do notice the mistake before I leave they always fix it, the problem is the mistakes are always there.

Extremely average to just ok food. "Special expensive" burgers made wrong and just boring. They charge an extra $2 for a burger that had "pickles" which only had 2 pickles.... i just dont understand.

Ordered a mozza burger and was surprised to see that it wasn't the typical sesame bun; it was very visibly a store-bought bun. The beef itself tasted really off and definitely was not A&W beef, likely also store-bought. Absolutely ridiculous for the cost of this food!
