I ordered a pizza from dominos Fort Nelson. Literally nothing on it was edible, the entire pizza and toppings were ruined by an insane amount of some sort of sugary goo. Not that it mattered there were toppings completely missing such pizza sauce (how do you forget to put pizza sauce on a pizza?), how the employee who made it didn’t realize he made a complete piece of garbage, that immediately ended up in the garbage after I took a moment to look at it, I have no idea. I guess I will be ordering from Northern Spice from now on, honestly this review probably isn’t even necessary, I can’t see how the dominos in Fort Nelson can stay in business much longer in it’s current state. What I mean by that is I actually had no intention of writing and posting this review, my first thought was this was just a very rare mistake, possibly made by a new employee. A simple way of putting it would be “I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and not judge them by this one mistake. However, when I tried calling them to let them decide what to do about the problem (a simple apology would’ve been enough) there phone system still didn’t work, a problem that’s been going on for them at least a year now, when I told the manger about his phone system close to a year ago he simply said “ yeah, I know sometimes it doesn’t work”. What I’m referring to is when you phone in to dominos on your cell you get some automated voice telling you something like please stay on the line, then it eventually just hangs up on you. If the owner clearly hasn’t made fixing his stores communication tech problems a priority, I don’t see how he intends to stay in business, I can’t imagine how much money the guy must have already lost because of that tech issue, and now he’s got me leaving a bad review because of it, good luck to him, seems like he’s gonna need it.
