The lady at the cash register was very gracious with my order this morning and the Manager was on top of his game. Came out and greeted us and made sure everything was okay. Kudos to McDonalds Fort Nelson.

Ok McDonalds, good job! I should say that I am traditionally not the biggest fan of McDonalds because of my previous experiences at different McDonald's locations, but this location was good. 4 out of 5 stars!

This is the nicest McDonald's I've been inside of in a long time. The server was nice and the place was impeccably clean. This is a nice change from the usual I see these days at this brand. I still think the pricing is high but we are in a hurry and this is a quick stop.

The (young brunette, early 20’s) cashier last night understands customer service. A little thoughtfulness and a small gesture goes along way! Her help with attempting to show me how to place my order on the app and finally placing it on the register was above and beyond. Walking around cleaning tables, removing trays and speaking with guests for a few minutes was nice to see. You definitely don’t see that anymore especially at McDonalds.
Job well done Fort Nelson staff and management.
I will definitely spend my money here every time, and not because of the cost but because of the business ethics I saw.

This is the slowest Mc Donald’s I have been too! And I have traveled a lot! I had one lady come out and ask what was my order. Everyone else who has ordered after me has now been served.
