This place is new and clean, the breakfast and coffee are exactly as expected. But, like most fast food restaurants in Canada, it's staffed with TFW's who have a hard time with the English language. Otherwise 5 stars in a small town in the middle of nowhere.

Ok McDonalds, good job! I should say that I am traditionally not the biggest fan of McDonalds because of my previous experiences at different McDonald's locations, but this location was good. 4 out of 5 stars!

This is the nicest McDonald's I've been inside of in a long time. The server was nice and the place was impeccably clean. This is a nice change from the usual I see these days at this brand. I still think the pricing is high but we are in a hurry and this is a quick stop.

Watched 9 vehicles get food after we had ordered and sat in parking stall 2, the waiting area for food, for 17 mins
You have to pay extra for mayo. Really extra for mayo come on now. Some of us do not like ketchup.

The (young brunette, early 20’s) cashier last night understands customer service. A little thoughtfulness and a small gesture goes along way! Her help with attempting to show me how to place my order on the app and finally placing it on the register was above and beyond. Walking around cleaning tables, removing trays and speaking with guests for a few minutes was nice to see. You definitely don’t see that anymore especially at McDonalds.
Job well done Fort Nelson staff and management.
I will definitely spend my money here every time, and not because of the cost but because of the business ethics I saw.
