The food and drinks are very nice here. It’s my favourite place to go for coffee after work. The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly and they provide a quick service.

I highly recommend their cookies and coffee. 🥳🥳🍪☕️

I’ve noticed that whenever I order a fresh Steeped Tea, it seems like they just reheat it in the microwave. This makes the tea taste off, and I end up feeling uncomfortable afterward. It would be great if they could serve freshly steeped tea every time for a better experience.

I bought a coffee with a bagel on Friday, after I left I found out that the bagel was dry, I kept it in the truck until I came back from Whitehorse.
The lady working there named Mhel was not happy when I showed the bagel and told her that I bought it on Friday and was dry already, she was rude, she spoke to the guy behind her with a different language, he was making a sandwich, then said you want me to throw it away I said no I want another one, she said she has to ask her manager, she made my coffee and called for the next person, I said I don’t have the time call him, so another guy showed up I told him about it, he went to grab another one and asked his supervisor was already there the same guy making the sandwich, she told him and he was listening to everything but didn’t say a word, after he came to ask!!! Acting like he doesn’t know nothing!!! I explained to him and told him that I’m not going to come and try to take another bagel for free. I can buy it.
He said the next … I said i can’t come back with a loaded super B. He said call let us know!!! They gave me the bagel, but
another guy was working there but he was super nice, I told him I’m not taking this, she made me feel like I’m stealing a bagel!!!

1-This is a lack of professionalism.
2-This is rude to speak a different language when you’re not done with your customer.
3- And it’s bad when you give a customer something that you won’t accept it for yourself.

Today I went to Nelson Tim Horton's and usually when I get my drinks they are perfectly fine but today (September 13, 2024) I was drinking my ice cap and than realized there was a coin (quarter) in the cup which is dangerous as it wasn't properly checked by the staff that gave me the drink. I just wanted to let mostly the staffs or the people buying it know that when making or getting something...make sure there isn't any item or dangerous thing in the drink or food because you never know the outcome of it..

Very slow to take orders (all their energy is focused on the drive thru)
Typical trash Burger King corporate owned franchise. Wouldn't have come here but there is somewhat decent parking for RVs at the nearby fuel station.
