went to Tim's this morning in the drive thru, while I was still ordering they proceeded to tell us to go to the next window and move on to someone else's order, when it was clear we weren't done. they didn't get the order right upon going to the window, and asking for another drink the guy made us pay separately for it and took us have a good day without giving us our drink when we saw it sitting at the window. I just think the tim Hortons workers here need to learn better respect and have more communication matters, it shouldn't be a struggle on getting a couple of drinks.

I had two medium coffees and 10 timbits So I had to wait at least 10 minutes. service is vry slow

Came in this store just to eat something. We ordered Cilantro and Habanero Bowl however they’re serving old chicken and some vegetables. You can tell that the chicken is old because its so dry and its hard to eat. Their lettuce is turning black as well. I wonder why they’re still serving it. I hope they don’t do that anymore to any customers they serve.
The store is clean and staff are friendly.

I have never had to wait at the counter or ordering from the kiosk for over 15 minutes. Then having to go up to complain and finally get my order. Your system is not working.

Racist employees, I was next in line waiting for my order to be taken. I was standing in between the two tils waiting for service. The employee came and asked the family behind me ( majority race and same race as employee ) what they'd like to order... they continued to order. Neither of them asking if I was next in line. I just threw my arms up but lucky another employee came to another til and was able to take an order. Next time ill go to mcdonalds up the street, better coffee anyway.
Slowest service I've ever experienced at a Tim Hortons. The line at the counter was long so we ordered 2 coffees and two muffins on the mobile kiosk and waited over 30 minutes. Many other customers waiting just as long, drive through customers lined up outside waiting as well

Honestly, i would rate negative, if available. Worst to visit i visited them early around 4:30. Man! Their food waas stale. Even i asked them please make a fresh hashbrown and he lied and when i bite the patty it was soo hard. The english muffin supposed to be soft. It was stretchy like gummies.
Not only this time, you visit them early morning, afternoon, evening, or late all the time food is stale and old. I really would not recommend anyone. Better eat something old at home

Like too fast and no manners how to speak with the customer they always look for their drive thru time and always in rush ti hand the food. And payment all that they need.

Always friendly staff, really like the new look.
Inside usually looks nice and clean, except the tables often have not been wiped.
Much more open inside and nicely arranged.
BUT the service inside seems to have gotten really slow - might be a shortage of staff and you can’t see where the staff is or how many might be in the back.

Order a black coffee, and they screw that up. Then they will send you to the parking lot from the drive-through while your coffee sits behind the counter and refuse too bring it out. 10+ mins for a black coffee.
