Nice place to eat at. Had a lot of interesting things to look at on the walls. It was my first visit and will go back for another meal in the future. Thank you for dinner.
Great food, cool decor, foods pretty good too.
One night stopover
This was a good overnight stop as we travelled along the Alaska Highway in our RV. It is well run and the restaurant is good
Great spot motor cycle track opposite with crazy riders right past the gate dust going everywhere
This was a one night stop for us on our way to Alaska. We loved how wonderful the check in process was for the RV park. The staff was great. They escort you to your site and are great any time you see them when wandering around. There is a cute gift shop on the premises. There is a laundry room, and the bathrooms and showers are spotless. We had a pull thru FHU site. The restaurant was amazing. Portions are huge. Service was perfect. We had leftovers for the next day. There is also an ice cream shop and we definitely had some ice cream cones. There is also a RV wash at the back of the property. $1.00 per minute. If you are looking for a great place to stop for the night, this is it.
UPDATE: We stopped here again on our way home. It was as wonderful as it was the first time. The staff was amazing. We had dinner and both of us had the BLT sandwiches. My husband had onion rings with his and I had the fries. Very good. Of course, we had to get our ice cream. We just love this campground!
Very nice place, well maintained, super friendly people working there, they offer full hookups, restaurant, gift shop, laundry. We stayed 2 times there during our trip! 😊
Right off the highway but very quiet, bathrooms were very clean, $1 for a 5 min shower, if you don't have loonies the staff were very accommodating, lovely little gift shops and bar to eat at. Plenty of take away places nearby for food and a good grocery store about 3 minute drive away.
We loved our stay here. Site was plenty big enough for our 44’ fifth wheel. The on site restaurant had really good food and service. Great find and would stay again.
This is a wonderful rv park. It is right next to one of the best museums.
Restaurantji Recommends
We didn’t camp here, however many years ago we had, the restaurant on campsite was highly recommended by Kacees motel,,,the lady in charge I believe her name was Deanne, suggested said food was great and very generous she was right she was right on all aspects, also Kacees motel was 👍, clean rooms, comfortable, friendly service, certainly recommend and definitely price range great and pet friendly, Fort Nelson you rock, check out Rec Ctre, I hope gas and oil come back, you deserve the business, sad to see the powers that be ruin it for these small towns… again thank you Fort Nelson for the hospitality!
Awesome place for a stay, either one day or many. Folks who run it are friendly, helpful and informative. The spaces were gravel and not to tight. We had a pull through that was more than long enough. The restaurant was clean and once again, the gals working there were more than willing to offer food selections. What we had was delicious! Save room for the ice cream! Easy in off the highway and lots of room to manuver once in the park.
Easy little restaurant attached to what appears well serviced sites.
This RV park has very good location on Trans Alaska's Highway. The entrance is just near the road. We were met by park personal immediately in front of Service Center. Registration took minutes as well accompanied to the site.
Why i put 3 stars? Site is not leveled at all, just some gravel between trees. Table is very old, surface with cracks and is useless at all. Power and water sources are older me. Wish the best for the owner.
It's a great place to camp with great clean and large RV sites. We have a 34' 5th wheel, and we didn't have to unhook for the night. The Triple G Resturant was great! We had the buffet on Monday evening. There was fried chicken, meatloaf, roast beef, and lasagna.
