Service is EVERYTHING. I give two stars because food is good, atmosphere great. Service...? Worst experience ever. We ordered steaks, one of which was specifically requested to be "well done". The server appeared not to be able to understand this basic concept. Didn't ask how cooked we wanted our steak... we needed to specify all the time. My server Tyler was great. Friendly, not hovering but not invisible. The pull apart cheesey garlic bread was fantastic as was the BBQ Brisket sandwich that I took home. They were the best part of the meal and the reason why I would go back again. The wings were OK and the gravy was good but the ribs were disappointing. Not a great experience. My Kids didn’t get their drinks for 20 minutes. We were charged $6 for their drinks. So I had to ask them to remove it since it’s included, and we waited for a while with our plates on the edge of the table for someone to come by so they could get dessert and the bill.
