I recently visited and I was blown away by the amazing service! Despite the rush, the staff was incredibly efficient, especially Dinushka who made my day with their cheerful attitude. The restaurant was clean, and my order was served quickly and perfectly. It’s rare to find such dedicated and hardworking staff, and I truly appreciate their effort. I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend this location for anyone craving great food and even better service..
While the food and atmosphere is generally good, there is a serious lack of communication, time management and order accuracy at this branch of Tims. This branch was recently renovated and new staff were hired, however, it has been a few months since and is still not quite there yet in terms of service.
I like the small changes done when they renovated the store. Location in general is nice but when the drive thru line is long it, it can create traffic that continues in the corner intersection. A good go-to place when passing by the mall. Drive-thru queue can get long at times. Hope they get enough crew to serve food more quickly. Shoutout to Tanya, always love her energy.
