Been here a couple times and the food and staff are usually pretty awesome. Lately though I haven't been able to make it there due to it being closed on busy weekends. Any reason behind this?

I was very hungry and was looking for a place to eat. I was able to randomly find this place and it was interesting to say the least. Everything was very average but the scenery near the lake was alright.
