Great local pub. Could use a better draught beer selection. Maybe an amber ale etc. Also bottle beer selection is very limited. Music selection should be for the patrons not the staff. A little less raunchy rock at high volume. Otherwise great service and food.

Such a great historical place. So glad we stopped here on the way to Salmo and Creston. Chicken Salad and burger were delicious and balsamic homemade dressing was amazing. Service and staff very good. Friendly and quick, definitely recommend stopping!

Incredible food and service. Their burgers, Whisky Iced Tea, and Peanut Butter Cheesecake are next level. My friends and I feel very well taken care of when we are there, excellent friendly service. We just all wish there was an outdoor patio for the summer. Feel it would draw more people and keep us from going other places for outdoor summer seating!
We often forget about the Fruitvale pub when thinking of a place to go out for dinner. They have great burgers and fries, wings and fish and chips. We have not been disappointed. And they make pretty good ceasers.
Parking: There were parking spots available on both sides of the street.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed, lots of people don't like kids in the pubs but I'm not bothered by it at all. They behave better than some of the older patrons.

The bartender said they had mixed drinks special's for Valentine Day. I tried the whiskey one. It was so good I ordered a second one. The fish and chips were great. I would have both again.

I really enjoy Burgervale as they have always had pretty good food. But it’s pretty sad and extremely disappointing that on a Saturday night, the kitchen closes at 7:45pm even though the website says 8:30pm… they are the only bar in town and they can’t even stay open late? Very sad. Hope to see this change in the new year.
