I am a lover of Subway and this one is the best! The girls that work there are always so friendly and cheerful. The restaurant and prep line is always clean and tidy. I've gone in when there's a big rush and they quickly got customers through like pros. I order through the app usually and my order is always spot on when I pick it up. They don't skimp on the toppings and don't judge if you want extra of something. They also have the veggie pattie which not all subways carry and its sooo good! Those sandwiches are definitely made with love!

Fruitvale subway is always the place to go! The staff are all so lovely and often give my little girl a cookie for free after eating. The store is always kept clean and tidy as well, which is something I'm always looking at.

Just saw the sign saying new pizza sub. Went in to try it. Looks good on the internet every other subway in Canada. And they say they don't serve it. So how old is the sign? Subways had pizza subs from day one. So it's just false advertising here. I'm so mad. Take down ur old sign if ur not serving the new pizza sub. Stop lying to ppl. Do not stop here. Just go to trail and get ur subs. This shop is stupud and shudnt be open. It cud be something way better.
When I asked him to change his gloves because I’m vegetarian but he started to roll his eyes. Also, his tone was rude I felt bad Bcz I drove from Kelowna and I was exhausted tired and hungry and got this horrible customer service and soggy sandwich. Not recommending anyone to stop for food.

I would give them zero star if i could. Visited this store for dinner on 12 march and i had horrible experience. he use same gloves for meat and veggies. Service was not attentive.Don’t waste your money here!!

Horrible! we get in at 836pm. At 9pm we were told to get out by some young hockey jock. He had a fit cause he could not leave until 9:09pm instead of 9pm sharp. Real poor customer service.
