Entrance very dirty looks like cowboy saloom, no elevator, smell smoke everywhere, bed matress sunk 1 1/2 foot, window broken, washroom sink leaking. Anyways, will give 1/2 star you get what you pay.

This place was a dive. Broken windows, curtain rods, microwave missing pieces, fridge dirty, bed so old it was a joke, bedding had holes in them. Couch well let's just say I did not touch it. And place smelled like old cigarettes. Was definitely not worth the 100.00.

Those bad reviews were scammers. They booked the room online and then asked for cash refund (you can see one of those posts saying that). These are good clean rooms to stay for the night.

No stars.....what a dump.....dirty and old....as I lay on my bed it broke but I was to tired to worry about it....the bathroom / shower....what a mess mould around the bath tub no hand holds on the walls....the shower curtain was a mess the shower head must have been a hundred years old....we booked for 2 nights but left the next morning......they never even had the decency to come to find out why...... we booked this through booking.com......STAY AWAY....NOT A GOOD HOTEL...

Gross hotel. Didn't end up staying. We packed our stuff back up and left. I know you get what you pay for, but the hotel was not clean at all. Beds are worn out. Many pillows, but old and most were lumpy. The hotel smelt awful of strong cigarette smoke, that stuck to the back of your throat. The whole place makes you feel dirty. Don't recommend staying there, even to save money. Dodgy looking characters hanging around bar area, and the outside appearance was bad, it looks so run down. Didn't even feel safe leaving car outside lol.

Well . It wasn't the rooms and front desk . No ones there until 4 pm.. their's a phone number you can call.. omg.. I'm not sure about this place. I went to the Pub. Live music but only 10 people in the place. I don't know about the bar tender either. ??. I'm not saying more. Lol. The live show was awsome. I hate people who don't appreciate new musicians. And just keep talking in the front row.. omfg. Listen to the music Enjoy. Shut your mm ooo tttt hhh m

Noteworthy details: Old hotel up for sale and no restaurant open up for lease. Some monthly rooms. Need to go to Trail for meals. Reasonable rates for area short drive to Trail airport only good for place to sleep

The room was very clean and I had one problem with the power, it turned out that the switch was not marked and was in the off position. Overall the outside of the property needed a lot of clean up. I was met by the on-site friendly cat and enjoyed my time there very much!!Rooms: A little bit out dated but clean, plenty of pillows, good wifi, and cable TV.

It's the only place to stay in Fruitvale, the price is reasonable but it's kinda run down. It's fine in a pinch or if u r low income but otherwise I wouldn't really recommend it.

Rusted out car on flat tires parked directly in front of office. Registration desk was only staffed a few hours a day. Lobby and common areas of motel were filthy (stairs were covered in dog fur and had not been vacuumed in weeks). Floors of room felt dirty (glad we brought slippers). Bathroom filthy with dirty running toilet. Decent WIFI.
