They are not a very good neighbor.
Twice in the last 3 days I have been unreasonably disturbed by guests in a specific room on the top floor. I had to go there 3x on Thursday night, and again today at 1:50 am because when they woke us up the first time at 12:45 am the desk wouldn't answer the phone.
When the response I get from the desk is "oh well I haven't had any other complaints" that's just ridiculous.
They need to take complaints from the neighborhood a little...read full review
