Sea to Sky Hotel

We spent one restful night here. The quality of the beds were average. The room was clean.

Definitely a hotel that has seen better days and to remain profitable will need a major renovation. The balcony in the room we ended up staying in needs major work when it comes to the railing and deck. The room fridge could be bigger with a better sized freezer compartment. As well, there needs to be more electrical outlets to accommodate clients digital/electrical devices. I am sure management is aware of these and other deficiencies.

We need to commend the staff who graciously switched rooms for us when we discovered our initial room was across the hall from the elevator.

For the cost to stay overnight, it was reasonable. But be aware you get what you pay for.

staff was wonderful and the rooms were exactly what you’d think for the price. the rooms were clean and big enough for 2 adult people to stay comfortably for a few days. I don’t understand some of these reviews saying bad things about the staff because they were nothing but kind and absolutely accommodating.

Room was very clean and cleaning staff were lovely! The front desk staff was also amazing even calling me to let me know that i could check in early and the manager Jason went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous! I would highly recommend staying here while you are visiting the area...couldn't be a better experience..thank you so much!!!! I will definitely be coming back here when I visit again :)

poor, place, poor service… never again..

This hotel is obviously an older building which has been updated. My room and bed were fine, had dinner at the Tandoori Sports Bar which offered very good Indian food at a great price. Breakfast was at the 'Bikes and Espresso' location fronting on the lobby, which featured excellent coffee and baked goods. The building is oddly in the middle of a shopping mall which likely was built around it; somewhat odd but everything you need is close by.

I was very disappointed with how unclean the room and bathroom were. The hair blower didn’t work. The towels and facecloths were not replaced. There was a hole in the coverlet. The curtain rod was broken & on the floor. The dust buildup on the lightshade was disgraceful. I would not spend money there ever again. The area however is beautiful & ideal for hiking, biking & outdoor activities

Clean room and easy check in

Decent place to stay. Hot tub was nice. Front desk folks good. I wasnt a fan of the beds. Good location in town for me. Good variety of stores and shops very close.

My five star review does not mean it's a five star hotel. But for a three star hotel, it was exactly what I expected. Simple. Clean-ish. There were socks 🧦 under the chair in our room so clearly the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned.

I don't know where they get off charging the rates they do. We started coming in 2012 and it wasn't bad. Last year we stayed and it was $269 for a family room. This year it's $369!!! $100 increase in 1 year but no upgrades or anything to hotel or rooms. No way this place should be charging basically $400 a night.

Stayed here last weekend for one night. The room was fine, clean and comfortable bed. Checkin was easy and all staff were friendly and helpful.
Prices are decent for a good location that suited me.

Front desk staff were very friendly. The stay felt safe as the elevator was card protected. The sauna and hot tub were a big draw to our stay there and they did not disappoint. The hotel overall was tired and worn but the price was comfortable and suited to the environment.
