I'll start to say you get what you pay for. Jason was really nice when we got here. We got an upgrade because we were 4 women and he didn't feel the 2 Queen beds in a small room was going to be adequate, so that was really nice of him. However, we got into the room on the 3rd floor and there's absolutely no lighting. There was litterally no lighting in the bedroom.. Jason had to bring us a lamp. The lights that are on the ceiling. I don't even know what the purpose of them is. There's lightbulbs were dark. There's a huge hole in the ceiling above the bed freaked us all out. Nobody was excited about sleeping there in case bugs came through. It wasn't very clean. It would be cheap to put proper light bulbs in the ceiling and lamps.. and add more floor lamps we were trying to play games and we were literally using our cell phones for lighting.

A patron (not at fault) of the liquor store damaged my vehicle via a faulty pole at the front of the store, which is owned by the hotel. Hotel refuses to accept responsibility for their own property and supporting to find a solution for the damage caused. ICBC are shocked at hotel managements & ownerships lack of accountability. Appalling service; will never frequent again.

We stayed at this hotel for work and we really got a room that was heard noise all night and noise of a leak or something broken that made a lot of noise of water... All night

Food and drinks: There is a lot of variety to choose from as it is on a main avenue

This is probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The room itself was okay but the washroom definitely needs a refresh. At about 11:30 I came back to my room and found it very hot. I went to shower before bed and when I got into the bath I went to hold onto the safety handle at which time I noted the one end of it was very loose and coming out of the wall. After my shower I opened the balcony sliding door about 3 inches to let some cool air in. At about 1:30 A.M. I was awakened to what sounded like a semi truck idling but it sounded like it was in my room. At the same time there was a scratching sound that was loud as well. I called the front desk to see if they knew where this noise was coming from. The night staff member came to my room, and after listening pointed out that it was the air vac system. He suggested I just close my sliding door and turn on the AC. This noise carried on through the night. During checkout I asked to speak with the manager and it was the same guy I checked in with. When I told him about my night, he stated that he's never had a complaint from the 3rd floor but has from the 2nd. When I described how noisy it was he seemed to suggest I was lying. When I called him out on it, he became defensive, condescending and berated me as I left. He gave me a 50.00 dollar refund or he said he would. If I was the owner of that hotel, I would not want him representing it.

Rooms: Request a room that doesn't face the highway or the air vac system.

Safety: The lock on my sliding door did not work. The safety bar in the shower was loose.

Honestly not a fan. We didn't have much choice as it was a fairly last minute booking. The price was alright but the rooms were disgusting. Barely slept either. The hot tub was so dirty. They need to clean ALOT better. If you are able to stay somewhere else I'd recommend doing so.

Terrible. We were lucky to get "the last room". 🤨
And we paid for the privilege! My fault. Last minute decision to stop in Squamish. Booking sites had nothing; just 1 on Expedia. I even called all hotels. Nothing. $335! With no breakfast. Bad front desk service on checkout. Actually waited for 10 minutes for staff to show. No service bell. I called front desk 20 times from 4 feet away, hoping for someone to answer. Mediocre rooms. Comfortable beds & pillows. Missing bathroom sink stop, shower head with connection but no hand held. Standing lamp with no chain pull to turn on. Low wattage bulbs except in entrance way. Fair amount of dirt and a bit dusty.

Rooms were fine and the ac worked but the entire property needs a cleaning. The hot tub is disgustingly stained with who knows what.

Good location but rooms were not super clean, the AC unit kept causing a power outage in the room and the manager in the morning was inconsiderate.

Room was clean, but a little janky. Broken vents on the AC, floor wasn't level.

They insisted that we not take our bikes to our room, but their "bike storage" was just a large closet where they kept their conference chairs. They never asked for ID or had any way to verify that the bikes we took were ours.

No horror stories, but I'd stay somewhere else next time. 35 minutes North and we could have stayed in Whistler Village for less.

Horrible customer service with really bad attitude
I would share my worst experience with these guys so owner can know what there customer gone through
So i went with my gf and booked through Expedia to spend my vacation.
When i reach there for checkin, this guy asked my Id and my Visa Card and instead of explain why he need visa for, he kept staring at me and made me uncomfortable i felt i committee crime for asking why he need my visa for , instead explaining me he became really angry and tried to kick us out from the place. Looks liked he had a problem with my skin colour
I travelled alot in my entire life and this is first worst, tribble experience of my life
This guy spoiled my whole vacation and my mood. I am sharing my this tribble experience with everyone so nobody will ruined there vacation cuz of that person
I hope the owner can see this
Thanks

Amazing location, close to good locations and a few stores near by if you need anything. The rooms weren’t very clean when they were given to us.

Nearby activities: Diamond head trails are near by for who ever loves a good ride.

Walkability: There’s a handful of places to get food in walking distance of this place, there’s a few stores if shopping interest you.

Noteworthy details: There’s a bike wash station out side and a bike storage room. Right with the hotel there’s a bike shop there to help you with your bike emergencies.
